Erath Winery Annual Thanksgiving Festival

DECEMBER
Ruth's Chris Steak House to Host Erath Winemaker Dinner
Date: December 3rd
Time: 6:00 p.m.

Cost: $75 per person (excluding gratuity). Reservations required
Ruth's Chris Steak House and Erath winemaker, Gary Horner, will host a winemaker dinner featuring a four course menu paired with Erath wines. The dinner reception will start with Seared Ahi Tuna Canapés paired with Erath 2007 Pinot Gris, followed by the first course, Seared Jumbo Scallops served with the Erath 2006 Dry Riesling. Entrée selections include New Orleans Short Ribs paired with the Erath 2006 Prince Hill Pinot Noir, and then a New York Strip served with the Erath 2005 Leland Pinot Noir. Dinner will conclude with Crème Brulee and Berries and Cream and a dessert wine.
